I actually came to know something about this....
Shaolin temple was a temple of Buddhism.
There were many forms of martial arts discovered there
The combination of all of them is perhaps called "Shaolin KungFu"

I think Shaolin Kung Fu is only thought to the monks, and not everyone can learn its way and secrets.
Also, it's not only about fighting, but also about having a certain lifestyle and a certain mentality.
